CARA MEMBUAT TONGSENG DAGING SAPI
RESEP TONGSENG DAGING SAPI
Bahan-bahan :
500 gr daging sapi,
potong2
150 gr daun kol
2 lbr daun salam
1 sendok makan air
asam
1 btg serai, memarkan
5 sendok makan kecap
manis
20 bh cabai rawit
1 ltr air
6 bh bawang merah,
iris tipis
garam & gula pasir, sesuai selera
Bumbu dihaluskan :
3 siung bawang putih
1 sendok teh merica
bulat
1 sendok teh ketumbar
sangrai
1 sendok teh jahe
setengah sendok makan
irisan lengkuas
Cara membuatnya :
1. Tumis bawang merah dg 3 sendok makan minyak goreng, sampai
kuning
2. Masukkan bumbu halus, daun salam & serai
3. Setelah harum, masukkan daging, masak sampai berubah
warna
4. Masukkan air, kecap manis & air asam, masak sampai
daging lunak
5. Sebelum kuah habis, masukkan cabe rawit & kol,
garam & gula pasirhidangkan.
